How to use

Fold
Hold the base of you, squeeze the cup flat and fold it in half.

Insert
Hold the cup towards your tailbone and raise it until the easy-grip stem is fully inserted.

Place correctly
Turn the cup slightly to the left and right or pull the cup slightly downwards. When the cup stops moving, it is properly vacuum sealed.

To delete
To remove, grab the easy-grip stem and gently squeeze the cup to release the vacuum. Gently pull the stem downwards.
