SHIPPING AGREEMENT

 Yonifyer offers free shipping within the Netherlands!


 Shipping and processing times

 It can sometimes take 1-3 days for orders to be processed after placing the order before being shipped. We do not ship on weekends.

 Please note that due to the current pandemic, delivery times may be slightly delayed. Our couriers take extra precautions by maintaining a clean, healthy and safe environment. Despite staff reductions and high demand, we make every effort to ensure that the order arrives to you as soon as possible.

 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your item(s) have been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, don't worry. Contact us and we will solve it for you!

 

Unexpected delays

Unfortunately, in some cases, delivery may take longer than the shipping times listed above. These delays are usually caused by international customs clearance which we cannot control.

Does your package take longer? Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Delays in shipment due to the pandemic, such as countries closing their borders and not accepting international shipments, are not refundable as we are not responsible for them.
