Shipping and processing times
We do our best to post your order the same day. Within the Netherlands, if ordered before 4:00 PM, it will be delivered the next day. With the exception of some brands such as: Yonifyer and Axami. These have a shipping time of 1-12 business days. We do not ship on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?
Unexpected delays
Unfortunately, in some cases delivery may take longer than the shipping times stated above. These delays are usually caused by international customs operations that we cannot control.
Does your package take longer? Please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Shipping delays due to the pandemic, such as countries closing their borders and not accepting international shipments, we cannot provide refunds as we are not liable for these.
